Hi I'm Percy!

Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba. My father moved all 9 of us to the beautiful province of British Columbia. He told me years later "I cried all the way here". Because I've been back to Winnipeg to visit my many aunts, uncles and cousins, its not that I'm running down Winnipeg, but I could truly see why we moved. My dad said I cried ALL the way from Winnipeg to BC, and it wasn't because I missed Winnipeg, I was only ONE. I still cry, because I am sensitive but no longer a baby.

I've lived in the lower mainland all my working career, 30 years of being a Real Estate Agent. My understanding of home construction is extremely broad, product knowledge is invaluable. There's much more that I bring to the table that you will recognize and appreciate once I have the opportunity to meet you. 

I'm very proud to say I have a son who's married with 3 adorable girls. Also a daughter who is married with 2 wonderful boys. I've been blessed with 5 wonderful grandchildren, who are all a joy to spend time with. Both of my kids are Real Estate Agents in the Abbotsford area. 

In my spare time I love to Golf, Hike and enjoy the outdoors as much as possible. Even though I'm not a well known author I love to write short stories, song lyrics and comedy.
